1. Giriş Bu Gizlilik Politikası, "Borcum" uygulamasını (bundan sonra "Uygulama" olarak anılacaktır) kullandığınızda bilgilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Geliştirici olarak, gizliliğinize ve finansal verilerinizin güvenliğine en yüksek önemi veriyoruz.
2. Veri Toplama ve Kullanımı "Borcum" uygulaması, kullanıcılarından hiçbir kişisel tanımlanabilir bilgiyi (ad, e-posta, telefon numarası vb.) veya finansal veriyi (maaş, borç bilgileri, ödeme geçmişi) toplamaz, kaydetmez ve herhangi bir uzak sunucuya veya bulut sistemine aktarmaz.
3. Yerel Depolama (Local Storage) Uygulama içine girdiğiniz tüm bilgiler (borç kayıtları, isim, maaş ve uygulama ayarları) yalnızca cihazınızın kendi yerel hafızasında (lokal olarak) saklanır. Verilerinizin tek sahibi sizsiniz. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan sildiğinizde veya uygulama verilerini temizlediğinizde, tüm bu bilgiler kalıcı olarak yok olur.
4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri ve İnternet Erişimi Uygulama temel işlevlerini yerine getirmek için internet bağlantısına ihtiyaç duymaz. Sadece döviz kurlarını (USD, EUR) anlık olarak gösterebilmek amacıyla açık ve güvenilir bir döviz kuru API'sine istek gönderir. Bu işlem sırasında cihazınızdan veya girdiğiniz verilerden hiçbir bilgi dışarıya aktarılmaz.
5. Bildirimler Uygulama, ödeme günlerinizi hatırlatmak için cihazınızın yerel bildirim sistemini (Local Notifications) kullanır. Bu bildirimler doğrudan cihazınızın içinde oluşturulur; herhangi bir dış sunucudan (Push Notification) tetiklenmez.
6. Değişiklikler Bu Gizlilik Politikasında zaman zaman güncellemeler yapabiliriz. Herhangi bir değişiklik olduğunda, güncellenmiş metni bu sayfada yayınlayacağız.
Privacy Policy
1. Introduction This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the "Borcum" application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). As the developer, we place the highest priority on your privacy and the security of your financial data.
2. Data Collection and Usage The "Borcum" App does not collect, record, or transmit any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, etc.) or financial data (salary, debt details, payment history) to any remote servers, clouds, or third parties.
3. Local Storage All the information you enter into the App (debt records, name, salary, and app settings) is stored exclusively on your device's local storage. You are the sole owner of your data. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, all this information is permanently deleted from your device.
4. Third-Party Services and Internet Access The App does not require an internet connection for its core functionalities. It only makes a secure request to a public currency exchange API to display real-time rates (USD, EUR). No user data or entered information is sent during this process.
5. Notifications The App uses your device's local notification system to remind you of your due dates. These notifications are scheduled and triggered entirely locally on your device, without the use of any external push notification servers.
6. Changes to This Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If any changes occur, we will publish the revised policy on this page.
