The following terms govern the use of the mobile application Boostra (the "Application"), a service developed by Luxe Paper, TOO (the "Provider", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to abide by these terms. Please carefully review this agreement before proceeding.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use:
Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by you on any electronic device, named Boostra
Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a smartphone or digital tablet
Service refers to the Application and all its features including but not limited to video compression, photo optimization, duplicate file detection, storage cleaning, contact management, custom widgets, and Wi-Fi speed testing
Subscriptions refer to the premium services or access to enhanced features offered on a subscription basis by the Company to you
You means the individual accessing or using the Service
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service without parental consent.
The Application and all its components, including but not limited to software code, algorithms, user interface design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Luxe Paper, TOO and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are expressly prohibited from:
Unauthorized duplication, alteration, or distribution of the Application or its components
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works of the Application
Removing, altering, or obscuring any proprietary notices or labels on the Application
Using the Application's name, logo, or trademarks without express written permission
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and database rights, remain exclusively with the Provider.
Boostra provides the following core services:
Video Compression: Reduce video file sizes while maintaining quality
Photo Optimization: Compress and optimize image files
Duplicate Detection: Identify and manage duplicate files, photos, and contacts
Storage Analysis: Analyze and clean device storage
Custom Widgets: Personalized home screen widgets
Wi-Fi Speed Testing: Check internet connection speeds
Contact Management: Optimize and clean contact lists
The Provider reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, temporarily disable, or discontinue the Application or any of its features at any time
Introduce charges for premium features or services with clear notification
Update the Application to ensure compatibility with evolving operating systems
Certain advanced features of the Service are available only with a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually) depending on the subscription plan you select.
At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it before the renewal date or the Company cancels it.

You will not receive a refund for fees already paid for your current subscription period, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
The Company may offer free trials for premium features. If you provide billing information during a free trial sign-up, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fees when the trial expires unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Except when required by law or App Store policies, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
To provide our services, the Application may request access to:
Photo Library: For duplicate detection and photo optimization
Video Files: For compression services
Device Storage: For storage analysis and cleaning
Contacts: For contact optimization and duplicate removal
Network Information: For Wi-Fi speed testing
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may limit the Application's functionality.
You agree to:
Use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
Maintain the security of your device and account information
Not use the Application in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application or its related systems
You agree not to:
Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the Application's servers or networks
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Application's security
Upload or process content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Application
The Application processes personal data and device information to deliver its services. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to our data processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining device security and restricting unauthorized access
Ensuring your device software is up to date
Understanding that tampering with device software (jailbreaking, rooting) may compromise security and impair Application functionality
The Application may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:
App Store services (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
Cloud storage services
Analytics services
Advertisement networks
These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Full functionality of the Application requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data). The Provider is not liable for service interruptions due to:
Connectivity issues or network outages
Data limits imposed by your service provider
Device hardware or software malfunctions
Insufficient device battery or storage
Users are responsible for any data charges, including roaming fees, incurred while using the Application.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
The Company makes no representation or warranty that:
The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Any errors or defects will be corrected
The Service is free from viruses or other harmful components
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you have not made any payments.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Device damage or data corruption
Service interruptions or delays
Third-party actions or content
The Provider may release updates to ensure compatibility and improve functionality. You must install updates to continue accessing the Service. Failure to update may result in reduced functionality or service discontinuation.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
Violation of these Terms of Use
Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
Extended period of inactivity
Technical or security concerns
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the Application from your device.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately, and you must stop using the Service and delete the Application from all devices.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental consent to use the Service.
The Service may not be available in all countries or jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding the use of the Application.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Luxe Paper, TOO is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you have any concerns or disputes about the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at oskarov@luxe-paper.com.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to be enforceable while preserving its intent to the greatest extent possible.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by:
Updating the effective date at the top of these Terms
Providing in-app notifications
Sending email notifications to registered users (if applicable)
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
