This Privacy Policy applies to the Boostra mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application" or "App") for mobile devices, created by Luxe Paper, TOO (hereby referred to as "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
The features of the Application that you use (such as video compression, photo optimization, duplicate detection, storage analysis)
The time and date of your usage sessions
The duration of time spent using the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
Device storage information (for analysis and cleaning purposes)
File metadata (size, type, creation date) for optimization and duplicate detection
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
To provide our core services (video compression, photo optimization, duplicate file detection, storage cleaning), we may access:
Your photo library (to identify duplicates and optimize images)
Your video files (for compression services)
Device storage information (to provide storage analysis)
Contact information (for contact optimization features)
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
All file processing (video compression, photo optimization, duplicate detection) is performed locally on your device. We do not upload your personal files, photos, or videos to our servers unless explicitly required for specific features.
Your files and personal data remain on your device and are processed using local algorithms to ensure privacy and security.
If you request a refund for in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we may share the following data with the respective platform to verify your refund eligibility:
Consumption status (whether the purchased content or features were used)
Account information (e.g., account tenure, device type)
Transaction history (e.g., purchase amount, refund records)
This data is used solely for refund assessment and will not be utilized for advertising or other commercial purposes. You may access or request deletion of this data through your Apple or Google account.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and our services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process

With trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
To revoke access permissions:

Android: Settings > Apps > Boostra > Permissions
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at oskarov@luxe-paper.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Processed files and optimization results are stored locally on your device and can be deleted by you at any time through the Application's interface or by deleting the files from your device.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at oskarov@luxe-paper.com so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
All file processing is performed locally on your device to minimize data exposure. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect any data that is collected or transmitted.
If you are located outside of the jurisdiction where our servers are located, please note that any information you provide to us will be transferred to and processed in that jurisdiction. By using the Application and providing information to us, you consent to this transfer and processing.
