After a swashbuckling transfer window, it is difficult to bet against Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham and Man United. The top four seem very tight and the preseason has shown that. Having said that, we should not expect a dynastic title race. There's still room for surprises. If we look at the top five teams from last season, we can expect some surprises.

Then, they added Ivan Perisic for free. All the above is a positive outlook for Tottenham.
In the future, Man City will be the team to beat, with a slew of attacking threats. The league's top scorers will be in the form of Harry Kane and Mo Salah. Son and Haaland are both excellent options for the Spurs defense. And if they don't win the title, they'll certainly be contenders. It's hard to argue with the top five, but we'll see.

And if Chelsea win, the Gunners can't have an upper hand. That's why Manchester United is at a 13/1 chance. In fact, Manchester United's chances aren't that high this season.
