Services

The quotes on this website apply to standard formatting of shorts stories, novellas and novels. Other types of manuscripts that require complex formatting are subjected to a custom quote.

Pricing

Prices stated on this website are subject to change at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updated pricing.

Contract

Before we begin, there is a written contract to be signed between the two parties: Freelancer (me) and Author (you).

The contract shall include:

• The proposed extent of the work

• Project description and planned time

• Fees

• Confidentiality agreement

• Additional services and changes to the agreement

• Additional terms may apply and will be discussed prior to execution of the contract

Payment

A deposit of 50% of the fee is due on the day previous to the start date. The remaining sum is due before you receive the final formatted file.

Any additional revisions or elements not included in the initial estimate will be added to the final invoice.

Guidelines

The manuscript you send me must be the final version ready for publication, meaning already edited and proofread.. Any typo or other mistake I see, I will point out to you. While it is your responsibility to identify and correct typos prior to providing the final draft for formatting, I may point out typos or other mistakes that catch my eye. However, I do not offer editing and proofreading services.

You are entitled to free limited revisions after the job is done. These revisions include correction of typos only. Any other changes may require a new quote and/or additional fees.
