1. Open the app and click "Feedback" in the "Settings" - "Help Center" interface to provide feedback to customer service.

▼ Subscription Statement

1. Subscription: You can subscribe to Castle Pass in the app. After subscribing to the product, you can freely enjoy all the works in the member's library.

2. Subscription period: 1 week / 1 month / 3 months

3. Payment: All the different subscription periods of "Castle Pass" are automatically renewed. After confirming the purchase, your Apple iTunes account will be debited.

4. Renewal: Accounts for auto-renewal products will be debited 24 hours before the expiration date of each subscription cycle. After a successful deduction, the subscription cycle will be extended by one.

5. Cancel Renewal: If you need to cancel a renewal, manually turn off auto-renewal in your iTunes/Apple ID Account Settings Manager at least 24 hours before your subscription expires. No further fees will be charged after you turn off the auto-renewal feature.
