Booking Procedure:

Fill the booking form.
Thyrocare agent will inform you about the appointment date and time via call or whatsapp.
Samples will be collected from your home address.
You need to pay online after confirmation of booking. You will get payment line once the order is confirmed cash payment option is also available but we don't recommend it in this pandemic situation.
We will email the report within 48-72 hrs on your email address mentioned while booking.

Notes: We are Authorized Sale Partner of Thyrocare Technologies Limited. We will take the order and send it to Thyrocare for processing. Sample Collection, Report Generation, Payment Collection will be done by Thyrocare.
