Welcome to BonsAI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BonsAI app, an AI-powered application designed to identify bonsai species and provide care tips through image recognition, provided by Juanjo Valiño ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with our Terms, do not use our services.

1. Use of the Service

   BonsAI allows users to upload images of bonsai trees to identify their species and receive tailored care instructions. You agree to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use and not to misuse the functionalities provided by BonsAI.

   While BonsAI utilizes advanced AI technology for bonsai identification and care advice, the accuracy of AI can vary and sometimes produce incorrect results. We advise users to verify the AI's identification and care recommendations with additional sources or experts, particularly when care accuracy is critical. We are not responsible for errors in identification or care advice or any consequences thereof.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

   We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our app. Your continued use of the app after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
