Welcome to Bonoki, a financial management app developed by Oygula ("we", "our", or "us"). Bonoki helps users save and view their transactions across multiple banks and currencies. 1. What Information Do We Collect and For What Purpose?

Information you provide to us directly:
Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address for login purposes. When you create a bank account in the App, we collect the bank name, currency name, and the last 4 digits of your bank account number.
Transaction Information: For each transaction, you manually enter the amount, date and time, personal note (optional), and reference note. This information is saved directly to our Firebase server for later display.
Collection and Usage of User's Image Information: When you submit a help request, we may collect details about the problem and, if applicable, a screenshot of the issue to assist in troubleshooting and resolving your concerns. This screenshot is temporarily stored locally on your device for immediate reference and then securely uploaded to Firebase along with your complaint for further analysis and support purposes.
Disclosure:
We are committed to transparency regarding the collection and usage of your image information. By using our app, you consent to the temporary storage and subsequent upload of screenshots to Firebase for the purpose of addressing your help requests effectively. We do not use your image information for any other purposes unrelated to providing support services.
Please note that your privacy and the security of your personal data are of utmost importance to us. We adhere to strict privacy standards and take all necessary measures to safeguard your information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Information we receive from third parties:
Firebase: We use Firebase for authentication and data storage. Firebase collects and stores your login credentials and transaction data.
SMS Reading: With your permission, Bonoki reads SMS notifications from your bank to automatically extract and save transaction details to the Firebase server. There is a button within the App for automatically syncing transactions when an SMS notification is received from a bank account you have registered in Bonoki. We send you notifications each time a transaction is read automatically.
2. How We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technology to Collect Information
We do not use cookies in our mobile application. However, we may use similar tracking technologies to understand app usage and improve our services. These technologies help us monitor the effectiveness of our app and detect and prevent fraud.
