I work in the laboratory of Celia Goulding (https://faculty.sites.uci.edu/celiagoulding/) at UCI. My postdoctoral research centers on contact-dependent growth inhibition (CDI) in Gram-negative bacteria.

I got my Ph. D. from Duke University in 2017 in the laboratories of Maria Schumacher and Richard Brennan. My research worked to elucidate the regulation of the single pathogenicity island of Francisella tularensis.
