Garter is the middle child of the Leviathan family, known as a hopeless delinquent who struggles to hold down a job due to his recklessness, and is not well-liked by most people. He's rude and petty, always desperate for attention and gets easily jealous when his siblings seem to have more success than he does with something.

• Poison: Garter is able to poison anyone he scratches and leaves an open wound on, the worst it can do is paralyse a person for a few minutes and isn't fatal in he slightest.

• Poison mist: A long ranged, and considerably weaker, version of his regular poison attack. Garter summons a cloud of red mist which causes those affected to feel slight exhaustion.

• Transformation: Garter can form armour on his arms and change his hands into sharp claws. Unlike his siblings, his full transformation has yet to be seen.

• The name “Garter” is a reference to garter snakes, which are considered some of the least dangerous kinds of snakes in the world.

• He was originally planned to be named either 'Vex' or 'Habu'. Vex is a word which can describe someone who's an annoyance and habu is the name given to types of venomous snakes in the Ryukyu Islands.

• He was originally planned to have shoulder length ash blond hair.

• Garter’s snake tattoo is implied to be temporary. Chris believes he has it to look tough but is too scared to get a real one, he refuses to answer when confronted about it.
