Welcome to BondMate (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, provided by BondMate ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise infringe upon our intellectual property.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by posting the updated Terms on the App or through other communications. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
