Bond Buddy is built so your information stays yours.
Your data stays on your device. Everything you record in Bond Buddy — properties, rooms, condition notes, photos, and generated reports — is stored locally on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded, synced, or transmitted anywhere. We have no servers, and we never see your data.
No accounts. Bond Buddy requires no sign-up, login, or email address.
No tracking or analytics. Bond Buddy contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking technologies, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
Camera and photos. Bond Buddy uses your camera to photograph the condition of your rental property. You may also import existing photos from your photo library. Photos are stored inside the app on your device and are never transmitted.
Your condition report PDF. Bond Buddy generates a PDF condition report on your device. You choose whether to share it, and with whom, using the standard iOS share sheet. We are not involved in that sharing and receive no copy.
Purchases. The optional one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment details.
Data deletion. Deleting a property, room, or photo removes it from your device, and deleting the app removes all Bond Buddy data permanently. Because nothing is stored anywhere else, there is nothing further to delete.
Changes. If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this page.
