This privacy policy applies to the Bond - Nearby Chat app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by BondSupport (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
The operating system you use on your mobile device.
Location Data
The Application collects your device's location to help the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location, used in the following ways:
Geolocation Services: To provide core features such as the real-time radar and connecting you with users nearby.
Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated location data helps improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.
Payments and Subscriptions
The Application offers optional Premium subscription plans to unlock exclusive features (such as "Who Viewed Your Profile", "Verified Badge", "Unlimited Messages", and "Ad-free experience"). Please note that:
All financial transactions are processed and handled directly by the Google Play Store.
The Service Provider does not store or collect your credit card details, banking information, or payment history on our servers.
By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service regarding payments, renewals, and refunds.

Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
Account Deletion Request
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at bondspprt@gmail.com. Once we receive your request, your profile, messages, and location history will be permanently removed from our servers within 7 business days.
Data Retention & Security
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. We provide procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information.
Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Bond application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Application. By using Bond, you warrant that you have the authority and capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. User Conduct
You are solely responsible for your interactions and content. You agree NOT to:
Post illegal, offensive, or sexually explicit content.
Harass, bully, or stalk other users.
Use the Application for any fraudulent or commercial solicitation.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Bond offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
Billing: Payments are handled exclusively by Google Play.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off in your Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Google Play Account Settings.
5. Proximity Features
Bond is a location-based app. While we provide privacy controls for your radar visibility, you acknowledge that the core service relies on shared location data with nearby users.
6. Termination
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these terms (e.g., reports of harassment) without prior notice or refund.
