Boltzmann Equation and Irreversibility:
after 150 years an evergreen problem

In 1872 Ludwig Boltzmann published one of his most important papers, which contained two celebrated results nowadays known as the Boltzmann equation and the H-theorem. We wish to celebrate the 150 years after this publication, by conveying in a 2-days conference worldwide experts of the field from both mathematics and physics.
