Boltsmith ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Boltsmith mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not collect personally identifiable information. The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Level progress and star ratings (stored locally, never transmitted)
- Power-up and tool inventory and coin balance (stored locally, never transmitted)
- Daily Work Order completion status and streak (stored locally, never transmitted)
- Achievement progress (stored locally, never transmitted)
- Game settings preferences (sound, haptics) (stored locally, never transmitted)
2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or other contact information
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Camera, photo, or microphone data
- Contacts or calendar data
- Financial or payment information
3. LOCAL DATA STORAGE
All game data is stored exclusively on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. This data is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services in the core game experience.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App contains no advertising and no social features.
6. DATA RETENTION
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. You may delete all locally stored App data by uninstalling the App.
8. GDPR AND CCPA COMPLIANCE
We do not collect personal data, therefore GDPR and CCPA data subject rights relating to access, rectification, erasure, and portability are not applicable. If you are located in the European Economic Area or California, you may contact us with any privacy-related questions.
9. SECURITY
We take the security of your data seriously. Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms (e.g., device passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Boltsmith mobile application (the "App") provided by the Boltsmith team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including all content, graphics, artwork, level designs, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
4. IN-APP CONTENT
The App may include virtual items, in-game currency (coins), tools, levels, and unlockable content. These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and may be modified or removed at our discretion. All such content is provided solely for entertainment within the App.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
