1. Introduction BoltScan Pro ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data within the App.
2. Information Collection and Use
Camera Access: We require camera access to scan documents. Images are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
Storage Access: We save your scanned PDFs and text files directly to your device's storage. We do not have access to your personal files.
3. Third-Party Services The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID to show relevant ads. Google's Privacy Policy
Google ML Kit: Used for on-device OCR and document scanning. Data is processed on-device.
4. Data Retention We do not store any of your personal data on any external servers. All scanned documents remain on your device until you choose to delete them.
