BoltPop Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Mergu Team ("we", "us") handles information when you use the mobile game BoltPop (the "Game").
1. Information We Collect
We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
Data stored locally on your device only: The Game stores the following locally on your device only:
Game progress (levels completed, collected album items, coins, energy, boosters, daily sign-in records).
This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
Information collected by third-party services We use an install attribution service (Adjust, a service of Adjust GmbH) together with the Google Play Install Referrer API to understand how you discovered the Game (for example, whether you installed it organically or via an advertising campaign). For this purpose the following may be collected once around install time:
Advertising ID
Install referrer information (campaign parameters provided by Google Play)
Basic device information (model, OS version, language, IP-derived coarse location)
The attribution result (a simple "organic / from ads" flag) is stored locally on your device and is not used to build advertising profiles. Adjust processes this data under its own privacy policy: https://www.adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy/
Note on advertising: The Game currently does not display third-party advertisements. If advertising is added in a future update, we will obtain appropriate consent where required by law and update this policy accordingly.
2. How We Use Information
To measure install attribution (understanding which advertising campaigns bring players to the Game)
To maintain and improve the stability of the Game
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Permissions
Photos/Media access (write only, on your request): the Game can save unlocked album images and videos to your device gallery. This happens only when you tap the save/download button. We never read, upload, or share your photos. On Android 10 and later, saving is done through the system MediaStore, and the Game does not request any storage permission.
Network access: used only for install attribution reporting (Adjust).
4. Your Choices
Reset Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Delete local data: uninstalling the Game deletes all locally stored progress.
5. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Game's content rating reflects its intended audience.
6. Data Security & Retention
Game progress is stored only on your device. Attribution data is retained according to Adjust's retention policy. We do not operate our own servers that store your personal data; game media content is bundled with the Game and does not involve transferring your personal information.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on this page, with an updated effective date.
