WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We operate from Mossel Bay (Dana Bay) in the Western Cape. We don’t have a physical storefront because we operate mainly online. Whether you're across town or across the country, we're just a click away.

CAN ALL THE PRODUCTS PERSONALIZED?

Yes, we specialize in custom work! Depending on the item you are interested in, we can add names, quotes, dates, artwork, and/or photos of your choice. Whatever you choose is already included in the price.

ON WHAT TYPE OF SUBSTRATES DO YOU WORK ON?

We work on the following substrates: MDF Wood, Plywood, Bamboo, Pine, Acrylic (Perspex), Leather (Genuine & PU), Glass and Mirror.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT PROCESSES INVOLVED IN MAKING THE PRODUCTS?

We use laser cutting, laser engraving, sublimation printing, uv dtf printing and applying vinyl stickers.

CAN YOU HELP WITH A DESIGN IF I DO NOT HAVE ONE?

Absolutely! If you need help designing something, we’ll assist you with creative ideas and a layout that suits your needs. 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Unfortunately, no. Most of our items is personalized and unique to each and every customer, so we can't offer returns.
