Photo Library Access: To choose and save photos from your photo library after editing.
Camera Access: To enable real-time face and body detection features within the app.

Face Data Collection and Use:
The app uses Apple’s on-device Vision framework to detect facial and body features such as eyes, nose, hands, and body pose. All processing occurs entirely on the user’s device.

What face data is collected:
The app processes temporary face and body landmark information (for example: eye position, nose position, hand position, and body pose) only to enable real-time functionality. No images, biometric identifiers, or personally identifiable face data are stored.

How face data is used:
Face and body landmark data is used solely to provide in-app visual interaction and functionality. This data is processed in real time and is not used for identification, tracking across apps, advertising, analytics, or profiling.

Data sharing:
We do not transmit, share, or send any face data or personal data to third-party servers, AI services, or external providers. All face-related processing occurs locally on the device.

User permission:
The app requests camera access through the system permission dialog before any face or body detection occurs. No face detection or processing happens without the user’s explicit permission.

Data storage and retention:
Face and body landmark data is not stored. All detected data exists only in temporary memory during active use and is immediately discarded when the session ends.

Security of Your Information:
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information due to potential risks such as unauthorized entry, hardware or software failure, hacking, and the inherent insecurity of the Internet.

Information Collected by Third Parties:
We share non-personally identifiable information with third parties, including advertising providers and service providers (collectively referred to as “Partners”). This information may be used for personalized advertising or assessing advertising performance.

We use third-party analytics tools, such as Firebase by Google and Crashlytics, to capture crash reports and anonymous usage analytics. These tools may record the frequency and scope of your use of the Service, session duration, interface interactions, and general log information such as the time and date you start and stop using the app. This information does not include face data or personally identifiable biometric information.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest changes. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of these changes.
