ShiftBit App & Game created the Body Tracking Assistant application as a Freemium app (free with in-app purchases). This SERVICE is provided by ShiftBit App & Game and is intended to be used as is.

Camera and Body Tracking: The app uses your device’s Camera to perform body scanning and tracking functions. All camera processing and body tracking are done locally on your device. We do not store, upload, or share your photos or camera feed to external servers.
Account Verification (Google Sign-In): To provide a personalized experience and data backup, our app allows you to sign in with your Google Account. When you sign in, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture provided by Google. This data is only used to create your account, secure your profile, and synchronize your progress.
In-App Purchases (Premium): We offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payment transactions are securely handled by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial information. Your purchase status is recorded only to grant access to premium features.

Data Retention and Deletion Policy
We retain your account information and synchronized data as long as your account is active. You have the right to request complete deletion of your account and related personal data at any time.

Use the “Delete Account” feature directly in the app’s settings menu.
Contact us directly at: shiftbitapp@gmail.com to request account deletion.
Upon your request, all personal data including your email address and tracking history will be permanently removed from our databases.
Log Data
Whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, app configuration when using our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
