Avoid the tools:
If you have leukemia, anemia or you are taking blood thinners (anticoagulants).

Tips:
Keep the jade roller in the refrigerator for better result.
Drink plenty of water before, during and after treatment.
After cleansing your face, use oil or lotion for gua sha and cream or serum for roller.
Do not forget to wash the tools after each treatment: use soap and lukewarm water.
