Tandem Elite Personal Training Sessions

Ideal for "workout buddies" looking to up their fitness together in a partnership! Each individual gets the benefits of a personalized program as ALL Body By Design clients, but gets the added benefit of 25% off the cost of training and has a workout buddy to train with every session!

Note: Each client must do an individual assessment prior to commencing training.
