Hypopressives: The Non-Surgical Tummy Tuck Exercise
Last year (July 2017), I traveled to Spain and Andorra to complete all three levels of Low Pressure Fitness' Hypopressive Therapy Training. My intention was to learn how to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to help my clients overcome some of the unbearable injuries related to women's issues (prolapse, diastasis recti, incontinence, lower back pain, pelvis pain, pain during intercourse, and more). When I left the training, I came out inspired and enriched! I had learned everything I had intended to study and much more! (See the video below).
At the moment, I'm currently studying to complete my certification to be the first personal trainer in BC to be certified in all three levels of Hypopressive training. Wish me luck!
