I have been on a social media/internet hiatus following a recent motor vehicle collision, where I needed to focus all of my attention to my own physical rehabilitation. This dramatic event has given me powerful insight on injuries and inspired me to restore not only my own physical wellness but also better refine my way of training my clients. I now can even better empathize with the complicated nature of injuries in the body. For example, where you feel pain is generally not where the injury lies!
This has motivated me to find more answers in how we can retrain the brain, increase the efficiency of movement patterns and has really emphasized the important roll that the Feldenkrais Method plays in recovering from injuries.
