DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The app stores the profile, weight, body measurements, goals, notes, and source metadata you enter or import in a private database on your device. It has no account system, advertising, analytics, telemetry, or developer-operated server. Automatic Android cloud backup is disabled.
HOW DATA IS USED
Profile attributes, weight, tape measurements, goals, notes, and imported Health Connect weight are processed only on your device to validate entries, calculate personal wellness estimates, populate history, show goal progress, and generate trends. They are not used for advertising, profiling, research, or sale.
HEALTH CONNECT
If you choose to connect Health Connect, the app requests read access to Weight records and historical-read access. Historical access only widens the date range available for import. Imported records and source identifiers are stored locally, de-duplicated, and shown separately from manual entries. Access is optional and can be revoked in Android settings. The developer does not sell, share, use for advertising, or remotely collect Health Connect data.
IMPORT, EXPORT, AND SHARING
Files leave or enter the app only when you explicitly select an export destination or import file using Android's system document picker. The app does not send those files to the developer or another company.
RETENTION AND DELETION
Manual entries can be deleted from History. Imported records remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app, which removes the local database. Exported backup files are controlled by you and must be deleted separately. The app creates no online account and the developer holds no server-side copy to delete.
SECURITY
App data is protected by Android's application sandbox. The app does not transmit personal or sensitive data over a network. Keep your device and exported backup files secure.

Body Composition Tracker is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Body-composition values are estimates for personal wellness tracking only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for health decisions.
CHANGES
This policy will be updated when the app's data practices materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
