Bluma is intended for users aged 16 and above. The age requirement is a recommended minimum. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this condition.
To use Bluma, you must create an account with a valid email address, username, and password.
Users may also upload or create profile pictures and book covers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
Bluma allows users to write, publish, read, comment on, and like books under a chosen pen name.
All content (including books, comments, and images) published on Bluma is the sole responsibility of the user who created it.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
Bluma reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms.
Sexually explicit or pornographic content, in either text or images, is strictly prohibited. Fiction may explore mature themes, but graphic sexual content and pornographic imagery are not permitted.
Bluma has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Uploaded images are automatically screened for explicit material, and every user can report content or block another user within the app. Reported content is reviewed and removed where it violates these Terms, and the responsible account may be suspended or terminated, typically within 24 hours.
You agree not to:
Use the app for unlawful purposes.
Post harmful, hateful, or infringing content.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the service.
Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
Bluma reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or misuse the app in any way.
Bluma collects limited personal information (email, username, password) for account creation.
The app may request permission to use the device’s camera and photo gallery to create book covers or attach images to comments.
All data is securely stored using Firebase services.
By using Bluma, you consent to this data collection and usage.

Bluma uses Firebase as its backend infrastructure. By using the app, you agree that your information may be processed by Firebase in accordance with their policies.
Bluma is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
The app does not take responsibility for user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for the books, comments, or images they post.
Bluma is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of the app.
