As the Experience Manager at Bluey's World, you are responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and people management of the Experience department. Leading the entire Experience department, you set departmental direction, maintain operational readiness and performance standards, and ensure team wellbeing across a large, casual workforce.Β
You work closely with the other Heads of Department and General Manager to ensure Experience delivery remains consistent, safe, child-appropriate, and aligned with brand and guest-experience standards, while making final decisions on significant operational, staffing, and compliance matters.
