Bluey's World is seeking exceptional performers to join our Experience Team as Character Guides (Gnomes).
This is an opportunity to perform a leading role in a world-class immersive production inspired by Bluey, the internationally acclaimed, Emmy® Award-winning Australian children's television series loved by millions of families around the world.
Featuring life-sized iconic sets and interactive storytelling, Bluey's World invites guests to step into the Heeler family's home like never before. As a Character Guide, you'll help bring that world to life, creating joyful, memorable experiences for children and their families.
While this recruitment is focused on the role of Gnome, successful applicants may also have opportunities to train in additional performance tracks over time, broadening the variety of roles they can perform and the shifts they may be rostered for.
Rate of pay: $33.85-$40.86 per hour ordinary rate. $47.39-$55.59 Sunday. (dependent on experience)

Bluey’s World is seeking Suit Performers to bring Bluey and Bingo to life for our little and big guests. We are looking for performers who can capture their playful, energetic and caring nature through clear physical storytelling — all without using their voice.
This role is about much more than wearing the costume. We are looking for performers who understand that every movement communicates character.
Bluey and Bingo should feel playful and full of imagination. Performers need the physical awareness to know when to make movements larger and more animated, while also recognising when a little guest may need a softer and gentler interaction.
Whether dancing, posing for a photo, giving a high five or simply noticing a nervous child, the goal is always to make Bluey and Bingo feel alive, authentic and welcoming.
Rate of pay: $33.85-$40.86 per hour ordinary rate. $47.39-$55.59 Sunday. (dependent on experience)

As Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our immersive experience by maintaining venue quality, cleanliness, organisation and functionality. This role oversees all on-site deliveries and warehouse storage and requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to address venue malfunctions — including issues with temperature control, weather conditions, power and plumbing.
Rate of pay: $37.98 per hour ordinary rate. $53.17 Sunday.
