Roles We Recruit For

1.  Commercial Divers – Certified for underwater inspection, maintenance, welding, and salvage.

 Key Responsibilities:

•   Underwater Inspection: Conduct inspections of ship hulls, pipelines, platforms, and SPM buoys.

•   Underwater Maintenance & Repair: Perform welding, cutting, and structural repairs below the surface.

•    Installation Services: Assist with underwater installation of pipelines, anchors, cables, and mooring systems.

•    Salvage Operations: Recover sunken vessels, cargo, and underwater equipment.

•    NDT Testing: Carry out Non-Destructive Testing (e.g., ultrasonic thickness measurement) on submerged structures.

•    Environmental Support: Assist in underwater surveys, habitat restoration, and oil spill response.
  
  

       Typical Certifications:

•    ADCI / IMCA Certified Diver

•   HSE Commercial Diver Certificate

•   HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)

•   STCW Basic Safety Training

2.   Bosuns – Supervisors of deck crew, experienced in vessel operations and offshore rigging.

       Key Responsibilities:

• Crew Management: Supervise Able Seamen (ABs) and Ordinary Seamen (OS) in daily operations.

• Mooring Operations: Lead mooring/unmooring activities of vessels at ports, offshore terminals, and SPMs.

• Maintenance Oversight: Ensure the upkeep of deck equipment, lifeboats, and safety gear.

• Cargo Handling: Supervise loading/unloading and stowage of cargo and supplies.

• Rigging and Lifting: Oversee rigging operations, maintenance of winches, and lifting equipment.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce onboard safety protocols, drills, and emergency procedures.
  
  

     Typical Certifications:

• STCW Proficiency Certificates

• Deck Officer or Bosun Training Courses

• Rigging and Lifting Safety Certification

3.   Seamen/ABs/OS – Skilled personnel with knowledge of deck operations, mooring, navigation, and safety compliance.

        Key Responsibilities:

• Deck Operations: Handle ropes, anchors, fenders, and perform mooring/unmooring operations.

• Watch keeping Duties: Assist in navigational watch, lookout duties, and maintaining bridge operations.

• Maintenance: Painting, cleaning, greasing, and repairing deck machinery and ship structures.

• Cargo Work: Assist in securing and handling cargo and stores.

• Safety Duties: Participate in fire drills, lifeboat drills, and emergency response operations.

•    STCW Basic Safety Training

•    Watch keeping Certificate (for ABs)

•    Life boatman Certification
