BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN: For discovering and managing classic Bluetooth devices.
BLUETOOTH_SCAN: Required to scan BLE devices. We declare this with neverForLocation to affirm that we do not use it to infer location.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION (for Android 11 and below): Required by the system for BLE scanning. We do not use it to collect or store location data.
BLUETOOTH_ADVERTISE: Required if your device is to be made discoverable to others (optional).
BLUETOOTH_CONNECT: Needed to communicate with already-paired Bluetooth or BLE devices.
These permissions are used strictly for Bluetooth functionality and are not used to gather any personal or sensitive data.
