Miniatures can sometimes give more information about a character than the character himself. The miniature image shows the calm state of the creature, not only from one side, but also from above and below. In this way another person will have a better understanding of the character's image

A character in a different pose, can show some things that were hidden on the other side of the pose, such as a character from the back.
