BlueHeartGames built the Dunlight app as an ad-supported mobile game. This Service is provided by BlueHeartGames and is intended for use as is.
This Privacy Policy explains how BlueHeartGames collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use Dunlight. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
We do not require you to provide personally identifiable information just to play the Service in most cases. However, the Service uses third-party services and SDKs that may collect information used to identify you or your device.

Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, region, app version, and device identifiers

Advertising
The Service may display advertisements provided by AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK. Advertising partners may use device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and similar technologies to provide, measure, personalize, and improve ads, as well as to prevent fraud and abuse.
Depending on your region, you may be asked to choose whether to allow personalized ads. You may also be able to limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID through your device settings.
Authentication and Cloud Save
The Service may use Firebase Authentication to create or manage anonymous accounts, sign-in accounts, or linked accounts. If you sign in or link an account, we may process account identifiers such as Firebase User ID and, depending on the sign-in method, information such as email address, display name, or provider account ID.
The Service may use Firebase Realtime Database and/or Cloud Firestore to store game-related data such as progress, save data, settings, virtual items, virtual currency, achievements, and other gameplay information. This allows us to provide cloud save, account recovery, and gameplay continuity across sessions or devices.
Crash Reports and Log Data
When an error or crash occurs while using the Service, we may collect crash reports and diagnostic information through third-party services such as Firebase Crashlytics. This data may include device information, app version, operating system version, crash logs, stack traces, app state, device state, the time and date of the crash, and other technical information.
We use this information to identify, analyze, and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Service does not use browser cookies directly. However, third-party SDKs used in the Service may use cookies, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, local storage, or similar technologies to provide their services, measure performance, deliver advertisements, prevent fraud, and improve their services.
Data Sharing
We may share information with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate, improve, analyze, advertise, secure, or support the Service. These providers are allowed to process information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or in their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, legal process, governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BlueHeartGames, users, or others.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain game progress, operate advertisements and analytics, fix errors, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes.
Cloud save data and account-related data may be retained while your account or game profile remains active. Analytics, advertising, and crash data may be retained according to the retention policies of the third-party services used by the Service.
You may request deletion of your account and associated game data by contacting us at irgame1415@gmail.com. Please include the app name, your account identifier or player ID if available, and a clear description of your request. Do not send passwords or payment card information.
If the Service provides an in-app account deletion option, you may also use that option to request deletion. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your information. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information processed through the Service. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure or reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, or services. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party site or service. These external sites and services are not operated by BlueHeartGames. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our systems, unless retention is required by law.
International Data Processing
Information collected through the Service may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed by BlueHeartGames and third-party service providers in other countries.
