This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Apps Lab ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application "من سيربح المليون - مسابقة" (the "App"), distributed on Google Play.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
The App is developed and published by Blue Apps Lab. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at help@blueappslab.com.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, photographs, contacts, or any government identification.
However, the App uses third-party services that automatically collect certain information from your device:
a) Device and advertising identifiers The App displays advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob collects your device's Advertising ID (AAID) and related device identifiers. This information is transmitted off your device to Google and is used to serve and measure advertising, limit how often you see the same advertisement, and detect invalid or fraudulent ad traffic.
b) Usage and analytics data The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase. This collects a randomly generated app instance identifier and information about how the App is used — for example, screens opened, questions answered, session length, session frequency, and general device information such as device model, operating system version, language, and country or region derived from your IP address.
c) Crash and diagnostic data The App uses Firebase Crashlytics. When the App crashes or misbehaves, it collects diagnostic information including the crash stack trace, device model, operating system version, available memory and storage, and the state of the App at the time of the failure. This helps us find and fix problems.
d) Purchase information The App offers optional in-app purchases of virtual coins, processed by Google Play Billing. Payments are handled entirely by Google. We never receive or store your credit card number, bank details, or billing address. We receive only a purchase confirmation token and order identifier from Google so that we can deliver the coins you purchased.
We use the information described above only to:
operate and deliver the App's features, including delivering purchased virtual coins;
display advertising, including limiting repeated advertisements and measuring advertising performance;
understand how the App is used in aggregate so we can improve it;
diagnose crashes, errors, and performance problems;
detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid purchases.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not build profiles about you for purposes unrelated to the App.
We share the information described in Section 2 with the service providers that make the App work:

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads. There you can also enable "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" (or "Delete advertising ID" on newer Android versions), which stops personalised advertising.
Uninstalling. Uninstalling the App stops all further collection by the App.
Access and deletion. To request access to, or deletion of, information associated with your use of the App, email help@blueappslab.com from the address you wish us to respond to, and include your device model and approximate date of first use. We will respond within 30 days.
Analytics and crash data are retained by Google on our behalf for a limited period in line with Firebase's retention settings, after which they are deleted or aggregated so they can no longer be linked to a device. Advertising identifiers are handled according to Google's own retention policies. Purchase records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and refund purposes.
We rely on Google's infrastructure, and all data described above is transmitted using encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is a general-audience trivia game and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact help@blueappslab.com and we will delete it.
The App is available internationally. Information collected by the services listed in Section 4 may be processed on servers located outside your country, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted within the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

د) معلومات الشراء يوفّر التطبيق عمليات شراء اختيارية داخل التطبيق للعملات الافتراضية، وتتم معالجتها عبر Google Play Billing. تتولّى Google معالجة المدفوعات بالكامل. نحن لا نستلم ولا نخزّن رقم بطاقتك الائتمانية أو بياناتك المصرفية أو عنوان الفوترة الخاص بك.نستلم فقط رمز تأكيد الشراء ورقم الطلب من Google لكي نتمكّن من تسليم العملات التي اشتريتها.

مُعرّف الإعلانات. يمكنك إعادة تعيين مُعرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك: الإعدادات ← Google ← الإعلانات. ويمكنك من هناك أيضًا تفعيل خيار "إيقاف تخصيص الإعلانات" (أو "حذف مُعرّف الإعلانات" في إصدارات Android الأحدث)، مما يوقف الإعلانات المخصّصة.

تحتفظ Google نيابةً عنّا ببيانات التحليلات والأعطال لفترة محدودة وفقًا لإعدادات الاحتفاظ في Firebase، وبعدها تُحذف أو تُجمَّع بحيث لا يمكن ربطها بجهاز معيّن. أما مُعرّفات الإعلانات فتُعالَج وفق سياسات الاحتفاظ الخاصة بـ Google. ويُحتفظ بسجلات الشراء بالقدر اللازم لأغراض الضرائب والمحاسبة واسترداد المبالغ.
نعتمد على البنية التحتية لـ Google، وتُنقل جميع البيانات الموضّحة أعلاه باستخدام التشفير أثناء النقل (HTTPS/TLS). ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بشكل مطلق، ولا يمكننا ضمان الأمان التام.
التطبيق لعبة معلومات عامة موجّهة للجمهور العام وليس موجّهًا للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة. ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من أطفال دون هذا السن. وإذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا قد زوّدنا بمعلومات، يُرجى مراسلتنا على help@blueappslab.com وسنقوم بحذفها.
التطبيق متاح دوليًا. وقد تُعالَج المعلومات التي تجمعها الخدمات المذكورة في القسم ٤ على خوادم خارج بلدك، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة، حيث قد تختلف قوانين حماية البيانات عن القوانين السارية في بلدك.
