Growing up in the Durham region, there was never any defense specific training. Our goal is to give young players in our area an opportunity that we never had: Develop the skills needed to stand out in games and progressively level up in the game of hockey. With an experienced team of staff driven by the love for the game, we are determined to develop and teach our clients the game through our specialized training. We seperate ourselves from other hockey schools by equally valuing physical skills and hockey IQ.

We create private/small group skates that are designed to develop the skills necessary to be an effective defensemen.  In these skates, we focus on improving footwork and mobility, learning to play properly on both sides of the puck and creating 200 foot defensemen.
