Reporting a Problem

When reporting an issue, please include:

• A description of the problem

• The feature or profile you were using

• Your device and Windows version

• Any error message you received

• Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible

FastFlag & Preset Issues

Contact us if you have problems browsing flags, creating presets, editing profiles, or saving custom FastFlag configurations.

ClientAppSettings.json Issues

If you have trouble copying or using ClientAppSettings.json configuration content, please describe the issue and include the relevant feature or preset you were using.

Performance & Graphics Issues

Let us know if FPS, graphics, framerate, Direct3D, or low-end PC presets are not working as expected.

Feedback & Suggestions

We welcome suggestions for new flags, presets, performance tools, graphics options, guides, and other improvements.
