Welcome to BlouseCraft, a premium custom tailoring app founded by Radha Chandrawal. Your privacy and trust are our top priorities. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, along with our terms of service.
To provide you with a seamless premium tailoring experience, we collect the following types of information:
Personal & Contact Information: Name, Phone Number (via OTP login), Email address, and Delivery/Pickup addresses (including City, State, and Pincode).
Body Measurements: To stitch your custom blouses perfectly, we collect and securely save your measurement profiles for future seamless checkouts.
Support & Consultation Data: Any instructions, images, or preferred time slots you provide when booking an expert consultation or video call.
Payment Information: We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card details or UPI PINs on our servers. All financial transactions are processed securely by Razorpay.
We use your data strictly to provide and improve our services:
To process your orders (Buy Complete Blouse or Stitch My Own Fabric).
To schedule logistics for home pickup and delivery.
To contact you regarding order updates, fitting consultations, or customer support.
To manage your saved profiles for faster future checkouts.
We use trusted third-party services to operate our app securely:
Firebase (Google): For secure user authentication (Phone OTP), database management, and cloud storage.
Razorpay: For secure payment processing.
Logistics APIs: For fetching location details via Pincode and managing courier shipments. These third parties have their own strict privacy policies and are bound by data protection laws.
We implement strong security measures to protect your personal information. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data (measurements, addresses) at any time by contacting our support email.
By using the BlouseCraft app, you agree to the following terms:
1. Custom Tailoring & Stitching Variance: Since all our garments are custom-stitched by human master tailors based on the measurements provided by you, a standard tailoring tolerance of 0.5 to 1 inch is acceptable. Minor variations in styling or pattern placement compared to digital reference images are normal and not considered defects.
2. Fabric & Color Representation: Digital screen colors may vary slightly from the actual fabric. For users opting for "Stitch My Own Fabric", BlouseCraft is not responsible for the pre-existing quality, shrinkage, or color bleeding of the fabric provided by the customer.
3. Logistics, Pickup & Delivery: We partner with third-party courier services. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, BlouseCraft is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Alterations, Returns & Refunds: Custom-stitched garments cannot be returned or refunded. However, we offer one free basic alteration if the fitting requires minor adjustments, provided the request is raised within 3 days of delivery. Shipping charges for alterations may apply.
5. Legal Jurisdiction: All operations, services, and transactions are managed by BlouseCraft. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to our services shall be strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.
