What type of balloons do we use?
We specialize our service with Qualatex or Gemar brand balloons.
Balloons will last at minimum 8 hours but we do advise that you take proper care of balloons and keep out of direct sunlight.

What do we use to hang our garlands?
We use adhesive hooks and tape. This will prevent any damage you may be concerned about.
You are able to cancel your event anytime between the day you booked and a week before your event but your deposit will be non-refundable. The cancellation fee is the remaining price of your event if you cancel a week before through the day of your event.
