Introduction
Welcome to Bloom Sort, a flower-sorting puzzle game developed by Zaazuu. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you use our app, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.
Bloom Sort does not require account registration and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from players. All game progress is stored locally on your device.
1. Information We Collect
Bloom Sort itself does not collect or store any personal information on our servers. The following game data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us:
Level progress and completion status
Coin balance and hint usage
Daily challenge streak
In-app purchase status (e.g. Ads Removed)
However, the third-party services integrated into the app may collect certain data automatically, as described below.
2. Third-Party Services
Google Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game. This helps us improve gameplay, fix issues, and make better design decisions. Data collected may include:
App open and session events
Level start, completion, and failure events
Feature usage (hints, store opens, daily challenges)
Device type, OS version, and language
Country/region (derived from IP address)
Firebase Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated — it cannot be used to identify you personally.

Google Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically detect and report app crashes and errors. Data collected may include:
Crash reports and stack traces
Device model, OS version, and app version
Date and time of the crash
A randomly generated installation identifier
Crashlytics data does not include your name, email, or any directly identifying information.

Google AdMob
Bloom Sort displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve relevant advertisements, including:
Advertising ID (Android Ad ID)
IP address and approximate location (country/region)
Device type, OS, and language
Ad impression and click data
App usage context
You can remove all ads permanently via the in-app "Remove Ads" purchase in the Garden Store.
You can also opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings:

Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)
In-app purchases (coin packs, Remove Ads) are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment information. Google handles all transaction data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Information
The data collected through third-party services is used exclusively for:
Improving gameplay experience and fixing bugs (Analytics + Crashlytics)
Displaying advertisements to support the free version of the app (AdMob)
Processing in-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
All game progress data is stored locally on your device only using Android's SharedPreferences storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
Data collected by Firebase and AdMob is stored on Google's servers and governed by Google's security practices.
5. Children's Privacy
Bloom Sort is a family-friendly puzzle game available to a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country).
Google AdMob is configured to serve non-personalised ads in contexts where child-directed treatment may apply, in compliance with COPPA and Google's Families Policy.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove such data.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location (EU/EEA, UK, California, etc.), you may have rights including:
Access: Request a copy of data held about you
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
Opt-out: Opt out of personalised advertising via device settings
Portability: Request transfer of your data
Complaint: Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app, third-party services, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of Bloom Sort after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
