Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Bloomodoro: Focus Garden app (hereby referred to as "Application") for iPhone, iPad and Mac that was created by İlhan Şevval Alev (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is free to use and offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (Bloomodoro Pro). This service is intended for use "AS IS".
No Account Required
The Application does not require you to sign up or log in. The Service Provider does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, age, gender or any other personal contact information.
Information Stored on Your Device
To provide its features, the Application stores the following information locally on your device:
Your focus sessions (start time, duration, whether the session was completed or abandoned)
Session names and categories you create
Your daily focus goal and app settings
This information is not sent to the Service Provider's servers, and the Service Provider cannot access it. Deleting the Application removes this information from your device.
iCloud Sync
If you are signed in to iCloud, the Application uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) to sync the information above between your own devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch). This data is stored in your private iCloud account, is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, and is not accessible to the Service Provider. You can turn off iCloud sync for the Application at any time in your device's iCloud settings, and you can delete the synced data by managing your iCloud storage.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the Application schedules local notifications on your device (for example, to tell you when a focus session has finished). These notifications are created on your device and do not involve sending your data to the Service Provider.
In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider never receives or stores your payment details.
To verify purchases and unlock Pro features across your devices, the Application uses RevenueCat, a third-party purchase management service. RevenueCat receives:
A random, anonymous identifier generated by the Application (not linked to your name or Apple ID email)
Your purchase history for the Application (product, date and price of purchases)
Basic technical information such as your device model, operating system version, app version, country/region of your App Store account and IP address
This information is used only to validate purchases, restore them on your devices and keep the Application's Pro features working.
Information the Application Does Not Collect
The Application does not collect your location.
The Application does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health data.
The Application does not use analytics or advertising services and does not show ads.
The Application does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Third Party Access
The Application utilizes the following third-party service, which has its own Privacy Policy about handling data:

The Service Provider does not sell your information. The Service Provider may disclose the limited information described above:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process of your device or the App Store.
Data Retention and Deletion
Focus data is kept on your device, and in your private iCloud account if iCloud sync is on, until you delete it in the Application, uninstall the Application or remove it from your iCloud storage. Purchase records are retained by RevenueCat and Apple as needed to verify your purchases and meet legal and accounting obligations. If you would like the purchase data associated with your anonymous identifier to be deleted, please contact the Service Provider at casestudioapps@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Application is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions about your child's use of the Application, please contact the Service Provider at casestudioapps@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Your focus data remains on your device and in your private iCloud account, protected by Apple's built-in device and iCloud security. Purchase information is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason, for example when new features are added. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-09-27.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
