Blooket Hacker Pro operates strictly on a local-first, client-side model. The extension functions entirely within your web browser. We do NOT collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data, telemetry, browsing history, credentials, or analytics to external servers.

2. PERMISSIONS REQUESTED & DETAILED PURPOSE

To provide its functionality, Blooket Hacker Pro requires two permissions declared in `manifest.json`:
A. "storage" Permission
• Why it is requested: The `storage` permission grants access to Chrome's local storage API (`chrome.storage.local`).
• Detailed Usage: We use `chrome.storage.local` solely to:
1. Save your user preferences (e.g., whether Auto-Answer Mode is enabled, and your preferred response speed in milliseconds).
2. Cache question-and-answer pairs learned during your active Blooket games so the extension can automatically recognize and select correct answers in subsequent rounds.
3. Store local gameplay statistics (total questions answered, accuracy rate, games played, and total learned answers count).
• Data Location: All storage data remains 100% strictly inside your browser profile on your local device. It is never uploaded to any remote database or third-party cloud service.
B. Host Permission: "*://*.blooket.com/*"
• Why it is requested: This host permission allows the extension's content script (`content.js`) to execute on Blooket web pages.
• Detailed Usage: The content script is injected only on `blooket.com` domains to:
1. Detect trivia question elements and answer choice buttons rendered on the Blooket game interface.
2. Observe user selections to learn verified correct answers for the current question set.
3. Programmatically highlight and trigger click events on correct answer choices when Auto-Answer Mode is turned ON by the user.
• Scope Limitation: The extension only runs on `*.blooket.com` pages and has zero access or visibility into any other websites, tabs, or domains you visit.

3. INFORMATION COLLECTION & THIRD-PARTY SHARING

• Zero Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, location data, or login credentials.
• Zero Tracking & Analytics: The extension contains no web beacons, tracking cookies, Google Analytics, or third-party advertising SDKs.
• Zero Data Sale / Transfer: No data processed by Blooket Hacker Pro is ever sold, leased, or transferred to third parties.

4. DATA RETENTION & USER CONTROL

You retain complete control over all data stored by the extension:
• Reset Data: You can immediately wipe all stored answers, settings, and statistics at any time by clicking the "Reset Data" button inside the extension popup window.
• Uninstallation: Uninstalling Blooket Hacker Pro from Google Chrome immediately and permanently removes all stored local data from your computer.
