Privacy Policy

Block Puzzle Zan ("the app", "we") respects your privacy. This section explains what data is processed.

No personal data / no account. The app does not require registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email, or contacts. Your scores, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device.

Advertising & device identifiers. The app shows third-party ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may use device identifiers (including a Device ID) for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and ad delivery. Ads are non-personalized — we do not track you and do not use IDFA-based tracking across apps or websites. Ad data is processed under Google's policies:

Europe (EU / EEA / UK / Switzerland). Users in these regions are shown a consent screen via Google's certified consent management platform (CMP) before ads are served.

Game Center. If you use leaderboards or achievements, Apple Game Center processes the related data under Apple's privacy policy.

Children. The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Data sharing & sale. We do not sell your data. Data processed for ads is handled by Google as described above.

Your choices. You can reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings. EU/UK users can change consent at any time via the in-app/consent options.

By downloading, accessing, or using Block Puzzle Zan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Service Overview. Block Puzzle Zan is a single-player block-placement puzzle game for iOS. Features include multiple modes (Endless, Daily Challenge, Adventure), power-ups, scoring, combos, and collectible block themes. Progress is saved locally. No account registration is required. The app is free to play.

2. Acceptable Use. You agree not to: hack, exploit, modify, or reverse-engineer the app or its security; use cheats or unauthorized software to manipulate gameplay, scores, or virtual items; interfere with the app's performance or other users' experience; use the app for commercial purposes without authorization; or use the app for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in loss of access to certain features.

3. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency. Virtual coins and unlockable themes are earned through gameplay, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. We may adjust, modify, or remove virtual items, balances, or pricing at any time. Any future real-money purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store's terms, and Apple's refund policies apply.

4. Advertisements. The app displays ads through third-party networks (such as Google AdMob). Ads are non-personalized and we do not track users. Ad providers may use device identifiers for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and ad delivery under their own policies (see the Privacy Policy above). Third-party ads are not our content; we are not responsible for them, and your use of advertised products/services is at your own discretion.

5. Intellectual Property. The app's design, artwork, layout, code, and game assets are protected by copyright and belong to us. Third-party logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Using the app does not grant you ownership of any content.

6. Availability and Changes. We may add, remove, or modify features, modes, or content at any time. Maintenance, updates, or outages can occur. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with all devices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Block Puzzle Zan and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination. We may restrict or terminate access to the app or certain features if we believe a user is violating these terms, abusing the service, or harming other users or our infrastructure.

9. For Parents and Educators. The app is designed for a general audience. We recommend parental supervision for younger players. If you find inappropriate content (e.g., within third-party ads), please report it to us.
