1. SUMMARY
Blockhive does not collect any personal data. It has no internet
permission, no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party
SDKs of any kind. Nothing you do in this app leaves your phone.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
None.
The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number, contacts,
photos, files, camera, microphone or location. There is no sign-up, no
login and no user profile. We have no server, so there is nowhere for
your information to go even if we wanted it.
3. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The app saves one thing: the highest level you have unlocked in each of
the five game modes. This is written to local device storage using
Android SharedPreferences.
This data:
- never leaves your device
- is not transmitted to us or to any third party
- is not readable by other apps
- is deleted automatically when you uninstall the app
You can erase it at any time from Android Settings > Apps > Blockhive >
Storage > Clear data, or by uninstalling the app.
4. INTERNET ACCESS
The app declares no internet permission in its manifest. Android
therefore blocks it from making any network connection. The app is fully
playable offline and behaves identically with wifi and mobile data
switched off.
5. PERMISSIONS
The app requests no Android permissions, at install time or at runtime.
6. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS
There are no advertisements in this app, of any kind - no banners, no
interstitials, no rewarded videos. There is no analytics or crash
reporting SDK. No advertising identifier is read or used.
7. THIRD PARTIES
The app contains no third-party services, SDKs or libraries that collect
data. It is built only on Google's standard Android and Jetpack Compose
libraries, which run entirely on your device. Because no data is
collected, no data is shared with anyone.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The app is suitable for all ages and contains no content unsuitable for
children. Because we collect no data whatsoever, we collect no data from
children under 13 either. The app complies with the Children's Online
Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by collecting nothing.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Data protection laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you the right to
access, correct, export or delete the personal data a company holds
about you. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for
us to disclose or delete. The only data that exists is the local level
progress on your own device, which is entirely under your control.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If a future version of the app begins collecting data - for example if
advertising is ever added - this policy will be updated and the "Last
updated" date above will change before that version is released. Any
change will also be reflected in the Data Safety section of the app's
Google Play listing.
