CHUTUart Studio ("we", "our", or "us") develops and publishes Block Burst, a mobile puzzle game available on Android.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you install, access, or use Block Burst (the "Game" or "Application").
By downloading or using Block Burst, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Block Burst is an offline, single-player puzzle game. The Game does not require users to create or register an account.
Block Burst stores certain game information locally on your device, including:
High scores
Current game settings
Sound and music preferences
Visual effect preferences
Selected skins
Unlocked game content
General gameplay progress
This information is stored through local application storage, such as Unity PlayerPrefs or equivalent Android storage mechanisms.
CHUTUart Studio does not operate a remote player database and does not receive this locally stored gameplay data.
You can delete locally stored game data by:
Clearing Block Burst's application storage in Android settings, or
Uninstalling the Application
Uninstalling the Game or clearing its application data may permanently erase your local progress and settings.
Although CHUTUart Studio does not directly collect personal identity information through a dedicated server, Block Burst integrates third-party services that may automatically collect or process certain information.
The Game currently uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google settings, third-party services may process information including:

The Game currently uses the following advertising formats:
Interstitial advertisements: Full-screen advertisements displayed at natural transition points, such as after a game ends or when the user chooses to restart or return to the home screen.
App Open advertisements: Advertisements that may be displayed when the user returns to the Application after it has been in the background.
Block Burst does not currently use rewarded advertisements.
Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on:
Your geographic region
Your consent choices
Your age eligibility
Your Android privacy settings

You should never be required to click an advertisement to continue using the normal gameplay features of Block Burst.

Where consent is the applicable legal basis, you may withdraw or update that consent using the privacy options provided in the Game, subject to Google's UMP availability and regional requirements.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
Block Burst and its integrated advertising SDKs may use Android permissions necessary for game and advertising functionality, including:

Block Burst is intended for users aged 13 and older.
The Game is not directed primarily at children under the age of 13, and CHUTUart Studio does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

CHUTUart Studio does not operate a system that directly sells or rents users' personal information.

Gameplay information stored locally remains on your device until:
You clear the Application's storage,
The Game replaces or resets the relevant settings, or
You uninstall the Application
CHUTUart Studio does not retain copies of this local gameplay information on a dedicated remote server.
Information processed by Google is retained according to Google's applicable privacy policies, advertising policies, legal obligations, and your consent choices.
Block Burst does not currently provide user accounts or maintain a remote user database.
To delete locally stored Block Burst information, you may:
Open your Android device settings.
Select Apps.
Select Block Burst.
Select Storage.
Select Clear Data or Clear Storage.
Alternatively, you may uninstall the Game.
For information processed independently by Google, use Google's privacy controls or submit a request under Google's Privacy Policy.
Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Where required, Google states that it uses appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for international data transfers.

CHUTUart Studio takes reasonable steps to limit the information directly handled by the Game.
Block Burst does not require account credentials and does not transmit locally stored high scores or game preferences to a dedicated CHUTUart Studio server.
Third-party providers, including Google, apply their own administrative, technical, and organizational security measures.
However, no electronic transmission, storage method, software product, or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights regarding personal information, including:
