Blobcat ("the app", "we", "us", "our") is a free mobile game developed by
Napcat Games. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when
you use Blobcat, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using Blobcat,
you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Blobcat is built to respect your privacy: **it has no user accounts, no login,
and your game progress is stored only on your own device.** We do not operate
our own servers that collect your personal information. The limited data
collection that does occur is handled by the trusted third-party services
described below (advertising, in-app purchases, and an optional feedback form).
1. Game progress (stored locally on your device)
Your progress — coins, upgrades, achievements, and settings — is saved in local
storage on your device. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us or to
anyone else. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes this information
permanently.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Blobcat displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and
Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP
address, general device information, and how you interact with ads. Ads may be
personalized based on this information. Google's handling of this data is
governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

3. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing & RevenueCat)
Blobcat offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by **Google
Play Billing**, and we use **RevenueCat** to manage, validate, and restore
purchases (for example, if you reinstall the app). These services may process
information such as your purchase history, transaction identifiers, and a
randomly-generated app user ID. **We never receive or store your payment card
details** — those are handled entirely by Google Play.

4. Feedback form (optional, Google Forms)
If you tap the "Send feedback" link in the app, it opens a Google Form. Any
information you choose to enter there — such as your comments, and an email
address only if you provide one — is submitted to us through Google Forms and
used solely to read and respond to your feedback. Sending feedback is entirely
optional.

Your choices and controls
- **Advertising ID:** You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad
personalization in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
- **Ads consent:** Where required (for example, in the EEA and the UK), you may
be shown a consent prompt to choose whether ads are personalized. You can
change your choice later in your device or Google settings.
- **Local game data:** You can clear your saved game at any time by clearing the
app's data or uninstalling the app.
- **Purchases:** You can view and manage your purchases through your Google Play
account.
Children's privacy
Blobcat is intended for a general audience and is **not directed at children
under 13** (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided
us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate
steps to address it.
Data retention
We do not store your personal data on our own servers. Locally-stored game data
remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
Information handled by the third-party services listed above is retained
according to their respective privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted
on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
