The BLM spikeball tournament will take place August 16th, starting at 10am and will be finished depending on the number of teams in the tournament. Each team will need to submit a $10 entry fee and fill out the google entry form below. ALL MONEY from this event will be donated to the LeBron James Family Foundation- a local charity that helps boost our community and bring equal opportunity for students and families in need. Upon arrival, each player must do the following:

• Wear a mask the ENTIRE day, EXCEPT when playing

• Fill out a form regarding current health status (cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, etc.)

• Get temperature taken upon arrival

• Utilize PURELL sanitation stations to keep everyone safe and germ-free

• Maintain social-distancing while waiting to play

We have been in touch with the Summit County Health Department, and the event is possible as long everyone follows the regulations above.

How to pay: Each team must submit a $10 entry fee to participate in the tournament. These can be done by-
