BLM in ATL is short for: Black Lives Matter in Atlanta. But isn't there already a Black Lives Matter Atlanta organization? Yes, there is. Our organization is to promote, donate, and spread the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement in and throughout the city we call home Atlanta. But, we will do this through the cooperation and connection of the Black Lives Matter Atlanta organization with ours. How you wonder? Through our donation wristbands, where 100% of the profits are donated to support the Black Lives Matter Atlanta organization. We do this because they have a much larger platform, influence, and connections in the city compared to our new one; so they would be to have a greater impact with the use of our profits due to their greater opportunities. We started this organization because of how quiet the BLM movement has now become in our city today. This has been definitely due to the recent presidential election, where all the focus has been sucked to it. However, if we let this continue then this movement will go silent and it will lose all of its potency and potential impact it can have on our city. WE CAN NOT LET THAT HAPPEN! Spread the world and make the noise of Black Lives Matter till it rings throughout Atlanta!
