BLIPARK PRIVACY POLICY

Sections 2 and 13 describe version 1.0.1 and later.
Blipark is an Android app that remembers where you parked your car and, if you use parking meter apps, reminds you to end your parking session when you come back.
This policy explains what data the app handles and where it goes. The short version: everything stays on your phone and the developer receives none of the data the app handles.
1. Blipark has no accounts and no servers
There is no sign-up, no username or password, and no Blipark server exists. The developer does not receive, does not store and cannot access any of the data the app handles.
The app does not declare the internet permission (android.permission.INTERNET), so it cannot open any connection of its own. You can verify this yourself on the app's permissions page. The only online action related to Blipark is the optional purchase of Blipark Premium, which is handled by Google Play on your phone (see section 13).
2. What data the app handles
All of it is stored solely in the app's private storage, on your device:
Coordinates of where you parked — Finding your way back and, if you want, opening the map
Street and town name (optional) — So the card shows a place, not just numbers
Date and time of the parking — Knowing how long you have been there
Remembered areas — Remembering which parking app you use in each place
List of chosen parking apps — Knowing which one to open
Car's Bluetooth (device name and address) — Detecting that you are back at the car
Parking history (date, place, parking app and what triggered each reminder: the Bluetooth device name or GPS detection) — Looking up your recent parking sessions and the reminders you received
Free reminders used this month and whether Premium is active — Applying the monthly free plan and remembering your Premium purchase
No name, email address, phone number, advertising identifier or device identifier is handled.
3. Location
Blipark asks for your location in order to know where you left the car. Without it, it cannot do anything it promises.
Background location (optional, off by default)
If you turn on GPS detection in Watch Mode, the app registers a geofence around the car through Android's location services, so that the reminder can reach you even with Blipark closed. That is the only reason background location is used.
This feature:
- Is off by default
- Must be turned on by you, deliberately, in Settings → Watch Mode
- Explains what it will do before the permission is requested
- Can be turned off at any time
- Creates no trail and no movement history: there is only one point, the car's, and it is replaced every time you park
4. Coordinates and the street name
We need to be precise here, because this is one of only two exceptions to everything above. The other is the first-open date, explained in section 7.
If you have "Recognize street and city" turned on, Blipark asks the operating system to turn the coordinates into a street name, through Android's geocoding service (android.location.Geocoder).
This service is not Blipark's. On most devices it is provided by Google through the system services and, in order to resolve the address, it makes a network request from the operating system itself. In other words: the coordinates are processed on Google's infrastructure, under Google's privacy policy, not under this one.
Blipark plays no part in it: it does not make the connection, it does not see the result beyond the address text, and it keeps no copy of it other than the street name on your own phone.
This option:
- Can be turned off in Settings → Recognize street and city
- With it off, no request is made and the app keeps working, simply showing coordinates instead of the street name
5. Bluetooth
Watch Mode detects that you are back at the car when your phone reconnects to the vehicle's Bluetooth.
- Only devices already paired with your phone are used, and only those you choose from a list
- The surroundings are not scanned and no third-party devices are detected
- The device's name and address are stored on the phone only
6. The other apps on your phone
In order to show you the correct icon and name of the parking apps you have installed, Blipark queries Android's package manager.
- This query happens entirely inside the phone
- The QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission is not used
- The information never leaves the device and is not sent anywhere
Once Blipark opens a parking app, everything that happens from that moment on — payments, data, accounts — is governed by that app's terms and privacy policy, not by this one.
7. Backups
Android's automatic backup is limited to a single file, which contains only the date on which you first opened Blipark.
Everything else is expressly excluded and does not go up to your Google Drive nor transfer to a new phone:
- The car's location
- Remembered places and which app you use in each
- Parking history
- Linked Bluetooth devices
This is a deliberate decision: we do not want the places where you park ending up in any cloud, not even your own. The only thing copied is that date, which says nothing about where you have been or what you have done: it exists so that, if you change phones, the app knows you were already a user before.
The practical consequence is that, when you change phones or reinstall the app, you start from scratch in everything except that.
This is controlled with android:dataExtractionRules (Android 12 and later) and android:fullBackupContent (earlier versions).
8. Advertising and analytics
This version of Blipark contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking or measurement tools whatsoever. There is no external SDK of any kind.
If advertising is added in the future, this policy will be updated beforehand, and the change will also be reflected in Google Play's Data Safety section.
9. Your rights over your data
Since the developer receives no data, there is nothing to request from them and nothing they could delete. The control is yours and it is direct:
- Delete remembered areas: Settings → Delete remembered areas
- Delete the history: Settings → Parking history
- Delete the saved location: by pressing Stop parking
- Delete everything: Android Settings → Apps → Blipark → Storage → Clear data, or simply by uninstalling the app
None of this requires anyone's permission or any waiting period.
10. Children
Blipark is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
If it changes, the new version will be published at this same address with a new update date. Significant changes — especially any affecting what leaves the device — will also be announced inside the app.

13. Premium purchase
Blipark version 1.0.1 adds an optional paid Premium version with extra advantages. The purchase is made and paid through Google Play (Google Play Billing). Blipark never sees or stores your payment card or any payment details: the payment is processed by Google under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Blipark only receives from Google Play the confirmation that the purchase has been completed, and keeps on your phone a mark saying that Premium is active.

Els apartats 2 i 13 descriuen la versió 1.0.1 i les següents.
Blipark és una aplicació per a Android que recorda on has aparcat el cotxe i, si fas servir apps de parquímetre, t'avisa de desaparcar quan hi tornes.
Aquesta política explica quines dades tracta l'aplicació i on van a parar. El resum és curt: tot es queda al teu telèfon i el desenvolupador no rep cap de les dades que tracta l'app.
1. Blipark no té comptes ni servidors
No cal registrar-se, no hi ha usuari ni contrasenya, i no existeix cap servidor de Blipark. El desenvolupador no rep, no emmagatzema i no pot consultar cap de les dades que tracta l'app.
L'aplicació no declara el permís d'accés a internet (android.permission.INTERNET), de manera que no pot obrir cap connexió pròpia. Ho pots comprovar tu mateix a la fitxa de permisos de l'aplicació. L'única acció en línia relacionada amb Blipark és la compra opcional de Blipark Premium, que gestiona Google Play al teu telèfon (vegeu l'apartat 13).
2. Quines dades tracta l'aplicació
Totes es desen exclusivament a l'emmagatzematge privat de l'app, dins del teu dispositiu:
Coordenades del lloc on has aparcat — Tornar-hi i, si vols, obrir el mapa
Nom del carrer i població (opcional) — Que la targeta digui un lloc i no només uns números
Data i hora de l'aparcament — Saber quanta estona fa que hi ets
Zones memoritzades — Recordar quina app de parquímetre fas servir a cada lloc
Llista d'apps de parquímetre triades — Saber quina obrir
Bluetooth del cotxe (nom i adreça del dispositiu) — Detectar que has tornat al cotxe
Historial d'aparcaments (data, lloc, app de parquímetre i què ha provocat cada avís: el nom del dispositiu Bluetooth o la detecció per GPS) — Consultar els últims aparcaments i els avisos que has rebut
Avisos gratuïts gastats aquest mes i si Premium és actiu — Aplicar el pla gratuït mensual i recordar la teva compra de Premium
No es tracten ni el nom, ni el correu, ni el telèfon, ni cap identificador publicitari, ni cap identificador de dispositiu.
3. La ubicació
Blipark demana la ubicació per saber on has deixat el cotxe. Sense això no pot fer res del que promet.
Ubicació en segon pla (opcional, desactivada d'entrada)
Si actives la detecció per GPS del Mode Vigilància, l'aplicació registra una geotanca al voltant del cotxe a través dels serveis d'ubicació d'Android, perquè l'avís et pugui arribar encara que tinguis Blipark tancat. És l'únic motiu pel qual es fa servir la ubicació en segon pla.
Aquesta funció:
- Està desactivada per defecte
- L'has d'activar tu expressament a Configuració → Mode Vigilància
- Abans de demanar el permís, l'aplicació t'explica què farà
- Es pot desactivar en qualsevol moment
- No genera cap rastre ni cap historial de moviments: només hi ha un punt, el del cotxe, i se substitueix cada vegada que aparques
4. Les coordenades i el nom del carrer
Cal ser precisos aquí, perquè és una de les dues úniques excepcions a tot l'anterior. L'altra és la data de primera obertura, que s'explica al punt 7.
Si tens activada l'opció "Reconèixer carrer i ciutat", Blipark demana al sistema operatiu que converteixi les coordenades en un nom de carrer, mitjançant el servei de geocodificació d'Android (android.location.Geocoder).
Aquest servei no és de Blipark. En la majoria de dispositius el proporciona Google a través dels serveis del sistema i, per resoldre l'adreça, fa una consulta de xarxa des del propi sistema operatiu. És a dir: les coordenades es processen a la infraestructura de Google, sota la política de privadesa de Google, no sota aquesta.
Blipark no hi intervé: no fa la connexió, no en veu el resultat més enllà del text de l'adreça, i no en guarda cap còpia més que el nom del carrer al teu propi telèfon.
Aquesta opció:
- Es pot desactivar a Configuració → Reconèixer carrer i ciutat
- Amb l'opció desactivada, no es fa cap consulta i l'aplicació segueix funcionant, només que ensenyant coordenades en lloc del nom del carrer
5. El Bluetooth
El Mode Vigilància detecta que has tornat al cotxe quan el telèfon es torna a connectar al Bluetooth del vehicle.
- Només es fan servir els dispositius ja aparellats al teu telèfon i que tu tries d'una llista
- No s'escaneja l'entorn ni es detecten dispositius de tercers
- El nom i l'adreça del dispositiu es desen només al telèfon
6. Les altres apps del telèfon
Per ensenyar-te la icona i el nom correctes de les apps de parquímetre que tens instal·lades, Blipark les consulta al gestor de paquets d'Android.
- Aquesta consulta es fa íntegrament dins del telèfon
- No es fa servir el permís QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
- La informació no surt del dispositiu ni s'envia enlloc
Quan Blipark obre una app de parquímetre, tot el que passi a partir d'aquell moment —pagaments, dades, comptes— es regeix per les condicions i la política de privadesa d'aquella aplicació, no per aquesta.
7. Còpies de seguretat
La còpia de seguretat automàtica d'Android està limitada a un sol fitxer, que conté únicament la data en què vas obrir Blipark per primera vegada.
Tota la resta en queda exclosa expressament i no puja al teu Google Drive ni es transfereix a un telèfon nou:
- La ubicació del cotxe
- Els llocs memoritzats i quina app hi fas servir
- L'historial d'aparcaments
- Els dispositius Bluetooth vinculats
És una decisió deliberada: no volem que els llocs on aparques acabin en cap núvol, ni que sigui el teu. L'únic que es copia és aquella data, que no diu on has estat ni què has fet: serveix perquè, si canvies de telèfon, l'aplicació sàpiga que ja eres usuari d'abans.
La conseqüència pràctica és que, en canviar de telèfon o reinstal·lar l'aplicació, començaràs de zero en tot excepte en això.
Això es controla amb android:dataExtractionRules (Android 12 i posteriors) i android:fullBackupContent (versions anteriors).
8. Publicitat i analítica
Aquesta versió de Blipark no conté publicitat, ni analítica, ni cap eina de seguiment o de mesura de tercers. No hi ha cap SDK extern de cap mena.
Si en el futur s'hi incorpora publicitat, aquesta política s'actualitzarà abans, i el canvi es reflectirà també a la secció de seguretat de les dades de Google Play.
9. Els teus drets sobre les dades
Com que el desenvolupador no rep cap dada, no hi ha res a demanar-li ni res que ell pugui esborrar. El control és teu i és directe:
- Esborrar les zones memoritzades: Configuració → Esborrar les zones memoritzades
- Esborrar l'historial: Configuració → Historial d'aparcaments
- Esborrar la ubicació desada: prement Desaparcar
- Esborrar-ho tot: Ajustaments d'Android → Aplicacions → Blipark → Emmagatzematge → Esborra les dades, o simplement desinstal·lant l'aplicació
Res d'això requereix demanar permís a ningú ni esperar cap termini.
10. Menors
Blipark no està dirigida a menors de 13 anys i no en recull dades conscientment.
11. Canvis en aquesta política
Si canvia, es publicarà la versió nova en aquesta mateixa adreça amb una data d'actualització nova. Els canvis rellevants —especialment qualsevol que afecti què surt del dispositiu— s'anunciaran també dins de l'aplicació.

13. Compra de Premium
Blipark és gratuït amb un nombre limitat d'avisos gratuïts al mes. Una compra opcional d'un sol pagament, «Blipark Premium», treu aquest límit i desbloqueja les funcions extra.
La compra es fa i es paga a través de Google Play (Google Play Billing). Blipark mai no veu ni desa la teva targeta ni cap dada de pagament: el pagament el processa Google, amb les seves pròpies condicions i política de privadesa. Blipark només rep de Google Play la confirmació que la compra s'ha completat, i desa al teu mòbil una marca que diu que Premium és actiu. Si canvies de mòbil, pots recuperar la compra des de Google Play amb el mateix compte de Google.
El desenvolupador pot veure, a Google Play Console, la informació de la comanda que Google facilita als desenvolupadors (per exemple, número de comanda, producte, data i país), amb les condicions de Google. Els reemborsaments es regeixen per la política de reemborsaments de Google Play.
