"Aliens Exist" is a song by American rock band Blink-182 from the band's third studio album, Enema of the State (1999). He started digging into the UFO Phenomenon and asking questions to people who either worked or used to work for the United States Government. Also, he has ties with aerospace private companies known for creating the fastest planes to ever exist. DeLonge was smart to use his already massive figure and made an association between civilians and government possible. He founded 'To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science' as an intention to put together a team of former intelligence officers, private contractors, and his media company to begin the process of alien disclosure.
