1. Must be your own work
   1. Entrants must own the complete copyright of the work, and do not infringe the right of portrait, and are not allowed to participate in the competition under the name of others.
   2. The entries are works that have not participated in other competitions and have won awards or have been exhibited publicly. If a third party raises objections to the winning works and is verified by the organizer, the qualifications for winning the award will be disqualified (the award will not be awarded).  In addition to recovering the prize money, the contestants are responsible for their violation of copyright and portrait rights and other related legal responsibilities, and have nothing to do with the organizer.
2. Effective entries
   1. Only photographs shot within this year (2025) before the registration deadline can be included in the review.
   2. The content of the photography must be consistent with the Theme.
   3. Each entry must state the "concept" behind the entry (no more than 20 words) and must not convey a false or misleading impression.
   4. Submitted work must be a work of photography; AI Generated work not accepted
   5. Content of the Photography and / or the Description must not identify the Photographer in any way
3. We allow photos shot from Camera or Mobile Phones
   1. Camera Shooting Specifications
      • All entries shot with traditional or digital cameras.
      • After the image file is compressed, it should be in JPEG format. The size must be more than 1MB and less than 5MB.
      • The entry must be completed in one shot, and only brightness, contrast, color saturation, sharpness, and color cast correction can be adjusted.
      • Cropping, plagiarism, mounting, color addition, re-exposure, transformation, re-sampling, modifying (including adding or reducing elements to the original shot) and other ways to edit the entry are not allowed and will be disqualified from the contest.
   2. Mobile phone shooting specifications

• Photos taken with any phone or tablet, including iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Android phone and tablet, Windows phone, are eligible.
• It is allowed to use the default photo app on the mobile device for basic and necessary image editing, only to adjust brightness, contrast, color saturation, sharpness, and color cast correction.
• Cropping, plagiarism, mounting, color addition, re-exposure, transformation, re-sampling, modifying (including adding or reducing elements to the original shot) and other ways to edit the entry are not allowed and will be disqualified from the contest.
• Doing other special effects or editing on a computer is prohibited.
• Do not over-compress images.

4. Judging Criteria
   1. Theme content 50%: presentation and relevance of the theme of the work.
   2. Creative aesthetics 30%: the expression and techniques of the composition of the work.
   3. Photography skills 20%: color, lighting and other technical performance of the work.
5. This photo contest accepts entries from U.S. Residents Only.
