The content of the photography must be consistent with the theme "Happiness and Peace" with a description of no more than 20 words.
The words 'Happiness' and 'Peace' actually does not fully encompass the full concept of the theme in Chinese.
幸福 (xin-fu) is actually a term made up of 2 words, first word meaning 'luck', second work meaning 'fortune'. The term most often is used to describe a person being having a fortunate, joyful, fulfilling conditions in life, such as having a loving caring family, supportive peers, successful career, etc.
安樂(an-le) is also a compound term, with the first word having the meanings of stability, peace and serenity, and the 2nd word meaning joy or happiness. Together the term describes a state of appeasement.
Happiness and Peace could be:
Being content and not having a lot of desires
Having compassion and being accepting
Ability to both 'take hold' and 'let go' freely without attachment
Being selfless
Show us what Happiness and Peace looks like :)
To take a break from passive consumption of algorithm fed content and renew our sensitivity to the beauty of humanity. By taking the 'action' of capturing such a moment and sharing it, we initiate a positive cycle of beneficial energy back to humanity.
