“...to continue her growth and knowledge in natural methodologies and use that to empower others on ways to bring the body back into balance.”
Day to day activities can really take a toll on one’s emotional and physical well-being. I think we could all take notes from this proactive business owner at Ways to Wellness. Here’s what Kristin Szyperski has to say about her interests that started at a young age.
“I have had a passion for natural health since I was a little girl, believing that given the right tools, the body has the ability to heal itself. Using my certification as a Natural Health Educator, I am constantly researching to expand my knowledge in different modalities with the goal of teaching my clients and loved ones how to live a healthier lifestyle that fits each individual’s needs.”
Should we be hopeful for the future? I’ve got one provider in my ear telling me this, and another contradicting it. Are you hopeful, Kritstin? “Yes, very hopeful. Every day there are more people that are realizing that what we put into our bodies affects our health and they are exploring more natural remedies. I truly believe that if we combine Western Medicine with Natural Medicine, we could make miracles happen.”
Backed by knowledge. “Prior to my holistic health studies, I was a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant and worked in the medical field in an OB/GYN office for 22 years.” As an NHE, Kristin has training in Reflexology, Iridology, Nutrition Consultation, Homeopathy, Herbology, Herbal Medicines, and Flower Remedies. In addition to being a Reiki Master in Usui/Tibetan Reiki, Medical Reiki, and Holy Fire® III Reiki, Kristin is a Certified Practitioner in Angelic Reiki level 6 and Crystal Reiki. As an Energy Work Practitioner, she also has training in Craniosacral Bodywork, Light Healing Touch Therapy, and Emotional Release Therapy. Kristin also is trained as an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist certified in auricular acupuncture through the NADA protocol and certified in Death Midwifery.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys recharging in nature, hiking, reading, road trips, and spending time with her family and friends. Her immediate family consists of her husband Erik and two amazing children, Benjamin and Sophia, as well as a fur baby, Biscuit. Long term, Kristin’s goals are to continue her growth and knowledge in natural methodologies and using that to empower others on ways to bring the body back into balance. “I want to continue growing the business and expanding my knowledge and education in natural health and offering more classes to the public.”
“I look forward to serving the community and helping empower people to explore different ways of wellness.”
